Your Double Cord Lounger arrives as a cover with an inner bag, ready for you to fill.

    You will need to purchase approx 700L of Bean Filling to fill your bean bag.

    Read the full filling instructions above before starting.

    Slowly funnel beans into the inner liners until comfortably supportive.

    Zip liners closed, then place inside the cover with seams aligned.

    Close all zippers, remove the paperclip, then shake and shape.

What fabric is the Mooi Double Cord Bean Bag made from?

100% Cotton Canvas

Our NEW Canvas Range is made from 100% cotton canvas, which delivers a cooler, more breathable lounging experience with a beautifully natural texture.

Can this bean bag be used outdoors?

No. Our indoor bean bags are designed for indoor use only. Indoor fabrics can fade when exposed to direct sunlight and are not designed for prolonged exposure to moisture or outdoor conditions.

If the cover or filling becomes wet and isn’t dried thoroughly, mould and mildew can develop. For outdoor spaces, we recommend choosing one of our purpose-made outdoor bean bags instead.

What's included in the price?

The Mooi Double Cord Bean Bag comes complete with Cover + 3 x Mesh Inner Bags.

Bean filling is sold separately, as it’s much more economical to purchase locally and avoids the high cost of shipping bulky filling.

Is filling included & How much do we need?

No. All Mooi Living bean bags are sold as covers only.

For the Mooi Double Cord Bean Bag, you will need approx: 700L of Bean Filling

Why don't your zippers have lids?

As per Australian Safety Standards, all bean bags must be fitted with child-safe locking zippers that cannot be easily opened. 

This prevents children or pets from accessing the bean filling, ensuring a safer home environment.

How do I care for my Mooi Double Cord Bean Bag?

Plush Corduroy Feel – Made from a premium blend of 92% Polyester / 8% Polyamide, the ribbed corduroy has a beautifully soft, tactile finish that brings warmth, texture and comfort to your home.

Everyday Cleaning: Wipe spills and marks with a damp cloth and vacuum occasionally to remove dust, crumbs and everyday debris.

Washing: For tougher stains, remove the outer cover and machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Lay flat in the shade to air dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean.

Protect From Sunlight: Corduroy can fade when exposed to direct sunlight. Keep your Double Mooi Cord Lounger away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve its colour and appearance.

Indoor Use Only: The Double Mooi Cord Lounger is designed for indoor use only and should not be left outdoors or exposed to moisture or the elements.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not allow children to climb inside the bean bag. Bean bags are not a safe sleeping surface for infants under 12 months of age.

Child-Safe Zippers: To help prevent children from accessing the filling, zipper pullers have been removed. Use a paper clip to open and close the zipper when required.
